An open day for children in the child-friendly space was held in the city of Ataq, the capital of Shabwa governorate, organized by HUMAN ACCESS within the activities of the protection and livelihood support project "Safe Space for Women and Girls", funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
The objective is to bring joy to the most vulnerable children, exercise their rights and raise women's awareness of the problems they face, HUMAN ACCESS said in a statement on Sunday.
As part of the open day, a variety of entertainment and educational programs were offered to children and their mothers, aimed at promoting awareness against misbehavior, enhancing children's growth and supporting them in interacting positively with their peers and community members.
