The Chieftain of Shakhb district in Al Dhale said that 80% of Houthi-landmines had been cleared in his area by the demining teams of Masam. He affirmed that the area was saturated with Houthi-laid landmines and many people were killed or injured, including women and children.
Demining operations are still going on in Shakhb cause large number of landmines need to be removed, he added.
