Commander of the 30th Armored Brigade, Brigadier General, Hadi al-Awlaki hails the effective role played by the Security Belt forces in fighting back the Iran-backed Houthi putschist militia on Morais and Qataba fronts, adjacent to the southern province of al-Dhale, following the act of complicity committed by military leaders loyal to al-Islah party, Yemen's branch of the Muslim Brotherhood.
In an interview with Abu Dhabi TV, al-Awlaki said that the Security Belt forces played a major role in thwarting a massive infiltration of Houthis on Morais front, pointing out that the betrayals and negligence of the former military commanders and resistance members along with dignitaries in the area was in fact the key reasons for the progress made by the pro-Iran Houthi militants in Morais.
Al-Awlaki said the the Houthi rebels took the repair of the al-Shamy-al-Shoky Road on Waran mountain that is being implemented in Morais by an international organization, as a cover to advance, profiting from the gross negligence of military commanders there.
Al-Awlaki also revealed that they received confirmed information that the Houthi operation in Morais had been carried out according to a plan made by the Lebanese Hezbollah militia, adding that Hezbollah experts took part in the operation.
