 Al-Amalika brigades managed on Tuesday afternoon to shoot down a Houthi drone flying over al-Tuhita district, south Hodeidah.

The reconnaissance battalion reported that the Houthi drone was flying over the northern parts of al-Tuhita in a bid to spy on the positions of al-Amalika. The unmanned aircraft was detected and downed by al-Amalika forces.

Military field sources said that the Iran-backed Houthi putschist militia recently intensified its violations of the U.N.-mediated ceasefire in Hodeidah and seeks to scale up its military operations by all means, such as shelling of the locations under the control of al-Amalika and repeatedly launch infiltration attempts into several liberated areas in Hodeidah.

Spokesman for the Arab Coalition Col Turki Al-Maliki said on Monday, that the the Coalition forces managed to shoot down eleven Houthi drones over Seiyun city in Hadramout.
