The Yemeni Ministry of Defense's official website 'September Net' said that the National Army’s engineering teams blew up on Saturday new quantity of mines and explosive devices that were removed from public roads and farms on the western coast in the past period.

The destruction of such explosives, the fourth of its kind in less than a month, took place in an uninhabited area in the coast.

“Most of the destroyed mines were Iranian-made, some were home-made and others were looted by Houthi militias from the army’s stockpiles,” one of the engineers who destroyed the mines told September Net.

Houthi putschist militias had laid large quantities of mines and explosive objects in Hodeida and the western coast. These explosives have killed and maimed hundreds of civilians.
