 The Islah party, Yemen's Muslim Brotherhood wing within the legitimate government released on Thursday, the journalist Saleh Musawa after spending two days at a detention center in Shabwa.

Mehdi Musawa, the Brother of the journalist, expressed his deep gratitude to all the southern officials, journalists, political activists, friends, relatives, civil society organizations, trade unions and for their support and their pressure in favour of the release of the journalist Saleh Musawa

Musawa, who is also the reporter of Huna Aden Radio, was abducted in Haban district while returning from Aden on Tuesday.

Two months before the incident, Musawa was taken to Islah's detention center in Shabwa for two weeks.

The Southern Transitional Council severely condemned in its statement on Wednesday, the abduction of Musawa by Yemen's Muslim Brotherhood, demanding his immediate and unconditional release.
