In the same context, Houthi militia’s sniper fire, targeted residential neighborhoods in Hays, south of the province, caused fear between citizens.
UN cease-fire in Hodeidah has been broken. Houthi artillery shelling is targeting residential areas indiscriminately, resulting in civilian casualties, including women and children, in addition to causing serious damage to the homes of citizens and property.
