 The southern joint forces repulsed on Monday evening, an attack launched by the Iran-backed Houthi coupist militia on al-Zubairiyat front in the north of Qataba of al-Dhale province.

Hajr area in the west of al-Dhale witnessed intermittent clashes between the southern joint forces and the pro-Iran militants late on Monday night.

Military field sources reported that an uneasy calm has prevailed on all the battlefronts in the northern and western parts of al-Dhale after less than 24 hours of fierce fighting between the southern forces and the Houthi rebels, in particular in the vicinity of Hajr and Shakhab areas of Qataba where the Houthis suffered heavy casualties and material losses.

The same sources added that the southern forces managed to liberate new strategic areas in Hagr and Shakhab over the past two days.
