 The Southern Transitional Council has voiced readiness to hold talks in Riyadh on the recent developments in Aden in response to the invitation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

STC Spokesman, Nazar Haitham tweeted that in response to the Coalition statement, the STC forces are fully committed to the ceasefire in Aden.

He added the STC leadership welcomes the KSA calls for dialogue, affirming its readiness for it.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent on Saturday, an invitation to the parties to the conflict in Aden to hold an urgent meeting in Riyadh in order to discuss and resolve differences by resorting to dialogue as the Arab coalition supporting the legitimate government in Yemen had called for an immediate ceasefire in Aden, the Saudi Press Agency, SPA reported.

The STC forces took over the presidential palace and the government military camps in Aden after fierce fighting with the presidential guards.
